Meet Grandview Farm

Grandview Farm is a family owned farm just outside Hodgenville, Kentucky, guided by a belief we deeply share at Haymarket. Food should be honest, thoughtfully produced, and rooted in care for the land. Their work is a true expression of the farm to table connection, from pollinator habitat to pantry.

Their journey began with a desire to replace processed sugar with something more natural, leading them to honey and, ultimately, to the vital role pollinators play in a healthy food system. With a background in ecosystem restoration, Grandview Farm has intentionally planted native landscapes and established dedicated pollinator habitat, creating an environment where bees and the land can truly thrive.

That stewardship shows up clearly in their products. Their honey is raw and unfiltered, never heated beyond natural hive temperatures and only lightly strained to preserve pollen, enzymes, and beneficial nutrients. The result is honey that reflects its place, floral sources, and season, offering a depth of flavor that heavily processed honey simply cannot.

Alongside honey, Grandview Farm grows native American elderberries, a powerful fruit long valued for its wellness benefits. Harvested with care and handled minimally, their elderberry offerings reflect the same commitment to land stewardship and thoughtful production. We’re proud to share Grandview Farm’s honey and elderberry products on our shelves. Thoughtfully grown, minimally processed, and gathered with purpose.
